Cards Cancellation Rules

If you wish to cancel your UPay Card, you can submit a cancellation application through the application or the official website.
Cancellation Fees: Card cancellation fee is 1 USDT.
Notes: Before submitting the cancellation request, a user needs to unbind any subscription services linked to the UPay Card. During the cancellation period, no new transactions are allowed; otherwise, a penalty of 0.5 USD will be imposed for each transaction.
Processing Time: UPay will check and settle pending transactions, which will take a maximum day up to 30 days.
Balance Handling: After the settlement is completed, we will refund the card balance to your UPay Wallet.
Card Invalidation: Once the cancellation process is completed, the corresponding UPay card will be marked as canceled and cannot be used for any transactions. Cancelling a UPay Card is an irreversible operation, and you should backup relevant information and data associated with the UPay Card if needed.
