How to Lock / Unlock Your UPay Card?

APP:Users have the option to temporarily lock their UPay Card for a variety of reasons, such as suspected unauthorized transactions or to bolster security. They can subsequently unlock the card at their discretion once they have confirmed its security status.

Step 1: Navigate to "Card" and select your card.
Step 2: Select “Lock Card" or “Unlock Card".
Step 3: Click on “One Clink Lock/Unlock".
Step 4: Enter your Fund password(PIN code)and SMS verification code, then confirm.
Step 5: Lock/Unlock the card is complete.
