Urgent Announcement: Deactivation of UPay Elite and Eternity Cards on January 3, 2024, at 12:00 PM (Dubai Time UTC+4)

Due to the new policies from the issuing bank and financial institution, UPay Elite Card (Mastercard) 557271 and UPay Eternity Card (VISA) 406594 will be completely deactivated on January 3, 2024, at 12:00 PM (Dubai Time), and removed from your card account.

⚙️ Impact on existing users:

UPay Elite and Eternity Cards will no longer be usable for transactions. To avoid charges, please unlink any subscriptions associated with these cards.

Security of funds: The remaining balances on these cards will automatically transfer to your UPay wallet. Furthermore, the initial $10 card opening fee will be reimbursed to your UPay wallet.

This process will gradually occur after 12:00 PM (Dubai Time, UTC+4) on January 3rd, with an expected completion time of 2:00 PM (Dubai Time, UTC+4).
