Why was my KYC verification not approved?

UPay's partner Sumsub (KYC verification platform) can only recognize identity documents or passports issued by the country of issuance of your ID. After submitting your identity information, the KYC verification review usually takes about 5-10 minutes. Please be patient while awaiting the review results. If your KYC verification is not approved, you may have been flagged as a high-risk user by the system. Currently, UPay does not provide services to residents of the following countries and regions:

Note: Your KYC information review may have been unsuccessful for the following reasons:

-Incompatible language

-Submitted screenshots

-Unsatisfactory photos

-User's region is not supported

-Regulations violations

-User identity flagged on sanction lists

-Poor proof of identity

-Missing document page

-Inconsistent profile

-User identity affected by adverse media reports
