UPay Card Binding Alipay Risk Control Management

1. Open the Alipay app.

2. Click on "Account" within the app.

3. Select "Help Center" and then choose either "Chat" or "Call."

4. In the "Online Service" chat, type "Human."

5. Connect with a live customer service representative.

6. Explain the situation to the representative, indicating your difficulty in binding the card or completing payments.

7. Provide a screenshot of the UPay Card's main page, clearly demonstrating ownership to the customer service.

8. Await the resolution of the Alipay payment risk control issue.
