Q: Does UPay Card support ATM Withdrawals?
A: Virtual cards do not support withdrawal features. However, our latest UPay Precious Credit Card (Physical) does support ATM withdrawals.Monthly ATM Withdrawal Limit: 10,000 HK$; Single Withdrawal: 90% of credit limit.ATM Withdrawals: Hong Kong 3%; Overseas 2%; Fee per Transaction 50 HK$; Free for Withdrawals Over 2600 HK$.

Q: How can I transfer or withdraw funds using UPay platform?
A: You can withdraw funds from your UPay Wallet and transfer them to others by simply entering the recipient's wallet address and the desired transfer amount. Currently, UPay supports USDT (TRC20,ERC20 & BEP20 networks) for such transactions.

Q: Can I purchase cryptocurrencies on UPay platform?
A: At present, UPay platform does not facilitate direct cryptocurrency purchases. However, such functionality may be introduced in the future.
