⚠️UPay Emerald Card (Virtual) Offline Notification

Dear UPay User,

We regret to inform you that due to the impact of new policies from the issuing authority and instability of the cards, the UPay Emerald Card (Virtual) will cease operation as of March 13th at 12:00 AM Dubai time (UTC+4). Following this, any online or offline transactions will fail.

To ensure a better service experience for you, we will take the following measures:

1. The UPay Emerald Card will be deactivated.

2. Any remaining balance on the card will be refunded to your wallet within 15 days after the issuing authority completes the settlement.

3.Within 2 weeks, we will launch a brand new Visa (Virtual) Card. Users can open this card free of charge within the specified time frame. This card offers  more comprehensive consumer experience and can be used in a wider range of scenarios.
