5. Why did I receive the "Insufficient Balance" error?
-To confirm a trade, you need to ensure you have already transferred the assets to your UPay Account. For example, if you want to buy 11 BTC with USDT and the price per BTC is 10,000 USDT, you must have at least 10,000 USDT in your wallet to confirm the trade.
6. What are the differences between Instant and Limit modes?
-Instant mode allows you to convert your assets to the current market condition based on the quoted price in the conversion.
Limit mode allows you to place an order to convert your assets at a specified limit price. For example, if you place an order to convert USDT to BTC at a limit price of 9,000 USDT and the current BTC price is 10,000 USDT, the order will only be executed when the BTC price reaches 9,000 USDT or lower.
**Please note that limit-mode order execution is subject to both the quoted price and your specified limit price, thus it may not always get filled even if the market price momentarily reaches or crosses your limit price.
7. When will I receive my converted assets?
-Typically, conversions are completed instantly. However, if your conversion was unsuccessful for any reason, we recommend trying again. If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to reach out to UPay Customer Support Team for further assistance.
8. What are the differences between Convert and Spot modes?
-Unlike the Spot Order matching model, the convert process employs a quoting model that does not experience slippage. Consequently, there is a notable price difference between the conversion price and the spot market price. Initially, users request a quote from the system, which then offers a competitive price reflecting current market conditions. If the user accepts this quote and confirms by clicking, the transaction can be executed swiftly. Please ensure your account balance is adequate before initiating a trade.
